I just use writing songs as a way to help emotional regulation with my mental health. Fighting with Depression and Anxiety everyday isn't easy. If you struggle with it then you know what I'm saying.

This is just something that's been helpful for me to do since I was a teen. I had stopped for a while and was unable to write for a long time and in just now getting to get back into it and enjoy it again.

I share my songs and put out for others to listen to because

1.
To me i feel it more strongly enforces the relief of actually sharing and communicating how i feel about things at times in a way that communication to others and not keeping it all bottled up and to myself like how I use to do and ended up being part of the cause leading to what broke me.

2.
I share because maybe something I've shared will connect with someone else in some way or help someone going through their own stuff in some small way. That thought alone no matter if they do or not MATTERS ALOT TO ME!
