Luffy's movements need to feel more "springy" and "rubbery" so as to be more in character. As general SFX go it's pretty good.

I think this works as a stronger basis for SFX than whatever Toei had while working on this. Like, I can see these noises guiding how to use some more identifiable/iconic sounds with more flair unique to One Piece and these characters, or this situation. Layering rubber noises or splotches in, tire track sounds or Toei library swooshes or DBZ noises could work well on top of these high quality explosion, rubble and smoke noises.

There definitely needs to be more high pitched noises as well as bouncy sound effects for luffy, and maybe some stretchy doughy ones for Katakuri as well. I do like the quiter sections, like when katakuri is rolling up in fhe air into his donut wheel, but I feel like they go on too long most times and it ends up muting scenes where the sounds should be focused on, like katakuris feet digging into the ground as he gets thrown back or when he's rolling around dodging Culverins

this is pretty good actually.

luffy seems to break a bone every time he changes direction, and the "tire" sound is missing when katakuri turns into a donut, On the other hand, the sound of the debris is good but sometimes it sounds like godzilla walking around

i'd say there was not much variation in sound
