Tomorrow’s video has been a long time coming. The past few weeks I’ve been working on a proper, no-nonsense deep dive into the best gluten-free bread. Let’s just say it out loud: most gluten-free bread is… not great. Overpriced. Ultra-processed. Nutritionally questionable. And taste-wise? 😬
BUT there are a few — and I do mean VERY few — that are actually doing it right when it comes to that perfect balance of bread that tastes good AND is good for you.
I’m not gluten-free — I’m a sourdough teacher who cares about taste, texture, and real nutrition. So I went into this test with very low expectations. And yet… this turned into a full-on revelation. Some loaves from the same brand were shockingly different. A few big names absolutely did not make the cut. And one clear winner emerged.
