To be clear: when Kevin said 60% Irish isn't even half, he meant that if you're only 60% Irish, less than half of your blood consists of well-mashed potatoes, when it's much higher for a true Irishman.

I love watching this with closed captions on because it tends to read Daithi as Daddy, which is hilarious when it quotes Jack as saying “now Daddy be honest”
