Dear friends,
I want to take a moment to thank you for supporting this channel and joining me on so many hiking journeys. Hiking has been a passion of mine, but due to some health concerns, I can no longer enjoy it in the same way for now.
That said, I still want to share the joy of movement and being active. Going forward, this channel will feature slow jogging videos β a gentler activity that I am able to continue and that I hope will also inspire and encourage you.
If my condition improves, I would love to share hiking videos again in the future. Until then, I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as the channel shifts in this new direction. Your encouragement means so much to me.

I enjoyed the Niagara Glen Nature Centre. Such a beautiful spring forest. Great views of the water. Love the wildflower finds and that root that looked like a snake. Also, wonderful editing of picture in picture. Have a great week my friend.
